Lucchini has already signed his fourth NHL contract since leaving Michigan Tech to play professionally.

Jake Lucchini, recognized for his resilience and relentless pursuit of excellence, has consistently demonstrated his exceptional skill and determination both on and off the ice. Lucchini, a native of Trail, British Columbia, made his NHL debut with the Ottawa Senators last season, making an immediate impact with one goal in 11 games. The 6-foot, 180-pound forward proved his scoring ability by netting his first career NHL goal and game-winning goal against Buffalo on January 1st. In the 2022-23 season with the Belleville Senators (AHL), Lucchini recorded an impressive 53 points (19-34=53), including five power-play goals and four shorthanded goals. His contributions on both ends of the ice positioned him as a key player for Belleville, ranking among the league leaders in multiple categories.
