Two Kaizen Clients Sign with the Calgary Wranglers

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Penticton, BC – April 3, 2024 – Kaizen Sports Agency proudly announces the signing of two of their valued clients, goaltender Seth Eisele and forward David Silye, to AHL contracts with the Calgary Wranglers, the affiliate of the Calgary Flames.

Seth Eisele, 1998, and David Silye, 1999, both bring a wealth of talent and determination to the Wranglers’ roster. Having honed their skills in NCAA Division I college hockey, Seth recently completed his fifth and final season with the University of Nebraska Omaha Huskies, while David concluded his Senior season with the University of Wisconsin.

David Silye’s impressive performance in the Big Ten conference this season earned him close to a point per game and garnered him an honorable mention for the 2024 All-Big Ten teams. His exceptional abilities on the ice were further recognized last season with a nomination for the prestigious Hobey Baker Award.

Seth Eisele, on the other hand, demonstrated remarkable prowess between the pipes, boasting a 919 save percentage and a 2.37 goals against average in the 8 games he played this season. Notably, in his last 5 starts, Seth showcased his resilience and skill with an outstanding 940 save percentage.

Under the terms of their agreements, Eisele has signed an Amateur Tryout Agreement (ATO), while Silye has inked an ATO to finish the current season, paving the way for his one-year AHL contract for the 2024-25 season.

“We are thrilled to see Seth and David take this exciting step in their professional careers,” said Michael O’Rafferty, Senior Managing Director of Kaizen Sports Agency. “Their journey to professional sports is a testament to their unwavering grit and determination. We are confident that they will make significant contributions to the Calgary Wranglers and continue to excel in their careers.”
